Who we are

Springsteed Home Improvement LLC (SHI) is a small family run business established here in Arizona. Dan, owner and operator, grew up in Mesa before moving to Utah in his early 20’s to work as a tradesman.  Despite living in Utah for 20 years the beautiful deserts of Arizona never stopped calling him home. Now in Arizona to stay, he has started Springsteed Home Improvement LLC with his son Dakota to give back to the community he grew up in by providing quality services at reasonable rates.

      SHI specializes in smaller construction jobs such as rental property clean up and repairs, including sheet rock, decks, rebuilds, vinyl flooring, painting, and screen repair. While specializing in smaller jobs that large contractor companies pass on, Dan and Dakota are not afraid of the big jobs. They were hired by an Arizona family to travel all the way to Wyoming where they did a complete house remodel including, stairs, windows, sheet rock, flooring, painting, bathroom, roofing, light fixtures and more. No job is too big or too small, we do them all.

    Our mission here at SHI is to provide our community with top quality work at reasonable rates. We can provide those much-needed repairs at a rate reasonable that works with your budget and of a quality that we stand behind. Is it time for some upgrades? Want to remove that small porch and have a large lovely deck? Or turn that deck into that Arizona sun room you always dreamed about. Is it time to get rid of that old tub and install a beautiful new shower surround? Or maybe its time to get rid of that tile floor all through your house and replace it with stunning water proof vinyl flooring. Do you have rental properties that were just vacated by the tenants and need to be made ready for your next renters? We will make it rent ready at a reasonable rate, outstanding quality and fast turnaround times.       We know that your home is your biggest investment and where you spend most of your time but sometimes you just don’t have the knowledge, time or ability to do the repairs needed and that’s where SHI comes in.
